Yes. Towels, sheets, and bedding are included at no additional charge.
Outside pillows, sleeping bags, and bedding are not permitted in guest rooms. We can store them with your luggage during your stay.
No. Only registered guests are permitted in guest rooms.
You may meet friends in the café, bar, or another public area during its operating hours.
No. Each dorm bed is designed and reserved for one person.
Dorm rooms include underbed storage for luggage and personal belongings. We have locks available at reception if you’d like to borrow one.
Guests remain responsible for their own property at all times.
Every room has its own bathroom.
In a shared dorm, the bathroom is shared only with the other guests staying in that room, not with an entire floor.
Yes, depending on availability. Reserving every bed in a shared room gives your group a private room while still allowing you to enjoy the hostel’s common spaces (for example: book all four beds in a four bed all gender dormitory.)

No. New York City residents are not permitted to stay with us.
They may. Group and longer reservations can require a non-refundable deposit. We will explain any applicable payment and cancellation terms before you confirm the booking.

When you book through another website, changes and cancellations generally need to be handled through that booking platform.
Guests may stay for a maximum of 14 days in any calendar year.
To check-in, all guests must be 18 years or older. If a minor is a part of a group, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Unless prepaid online, all payments are due upon check-in. A valid credit card in your own name is required at check-in, regardless of how the reservation was originally made. A $100 deposit will be held on that card for the duration of your stay for incidentals.
Payment is required upon arrival and is non-refundable at that time.
Reservations cancelled by 12:15 AM local time at least 2 days before arrival do not incur a penalty.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival are charged the first night plus tax.
No-shows are charged the full reservation amount, including tax.
When you book through a third-party platform, such as Hostelworld, Booking.com, or Expedia, its cancellation process and policies also apply. Cancellation policies may vary for group bookings of four rooms or more.
Pets are not permitted in guest rooms or in the café and bar.
Trained service animals are welcome as required by applicable law. Contact us before arrival when you have questions about a service animal or accessibility need.
No. The entire hostel is smoke-free. That includes vaping and marijuana products. Guests must refrain from smoking in and around the front door and on our rooftop.
Quiet hours are from 10:30pm to 9am.
You may come and go at any time, but please keep conversations, music, alarms, and other noise low while other guests are sleeping.
Professional photography, filming, interviews, and commercial content creation require advance approval and contracts.

Street parking is subject to posted regulations, street-cleaning schedules, construction, and availability.

Don’t let the neighborhood “Long Island City” fool you. We have nothing to do with Long Island. LIC is a neighborhood in Queens and we’re just across the river from Midtown Manhattan. Depending on which line you take, we are one subway stop from Manhattan.

Drinks purchased from our bar must remain in the bar and may not be brought into guest rooms.
Yes. Rooftop access is available to guests during posted hours and when weather and operating conditions allow.

Yes. Guest computers and printing facilities are available in the common area. Computer usage is complimentary but the printer is operated by an independent company and has a fee to use.
Our bar, common area, kitchen, and rooftop are all designed to make meeting people easy.
Pull up a seat, join an event, or ask one of our bartenders what is happening. They are also very good at making introductions when you are feeling shy.

Yes. Guests have access to a shared, limited-facility kitchen.
Please label your food, clean up after yourself, and follow any posted kitchen and refrigerator rules. Food is not permitted in guest rooms.
Yes. Coin-operated washers and dryers are available for guests. Detergent is available for sale at reception and we’ll happily make change.
Complimentary wifi is available throughout the building. We have limits on usage so it’s perfect for your work or Zoom calls but not good enough to stream your entire stay.

We know that many international flights have arrival times in the middle of the night. We’ve got you. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, and there is no curfew.
If your plans change significantly and you’re not planning to check-in until the morning following your arrival (after 7am), please let us know so that we know to expect you and can ensure there’s a clean bed for you.
Check-in is at 4pm. We will make every effort to get you into your room as soon as possible.
As soon as you arrive, you are welcome to come straight to us to store luggage so you can start your NYC adventure immediately.
Check-out is at 11am.
Guests who do not check out on time may be charged for an additional night. If you need a few extra minutes, please come see us at reception before check-out time.
